You need to have Nightscout-compatible server.
If you don't know what it is -- just install Gluroo app on your phone,
and go to Menu -> Devices -> OTHER tab to find your Nightscout URL and API secret.

While you can see graph from the device here, it may be outdated, sometimes by an hour or more; the plugin graph is mere convenience, but NOT for decisions.
