Available settings
Minimum Latitude
The minimum (south) latitude of the area alerts should be retrieved for.
Example: 40.4627281
Maximum Latitude
The maximum (north) latitude of the area alerts should be retrieved for.
Example: 40.9627281
Minimum Longitude
The minimum (west) longitude of the area alerts should be retrieved for.
Example: -74.2560152
Maximum Longitude
The maximum (east) longitude of the area alerts should be retrieved for.

Format
The format to use for displaying alert onset and expiration dates and times.
